Online Software Delivery (OSD) provides you with a comfortable way to get your purchased Software and License Keys.
As registered customer (login with Industry Mall Account) you also get the possibility to manage your Software Update Service contracts with the SUS Manager.

Important Information:
OSD uses Siemens ID as the new login method since December 2nd, 2024.
For License Transfer from OSD to your local computer you MUST use
Automation License Manager V6.2
Siemens ID uses web technology that is not supported by previous ALM versions.
Please download and install the latest version of Automation License Manager
from our Support Portal
We have migrated existing, active users into Siemens ID.
Siemens ID uses the Email Address as identity.
Please use the same email address as mentioned in your delivery notification.
If your login does not work as expected, please review your account data in the Siemens ID Service Portal.
Both password reset and registration page are found on step 2 of the login screen, after entering the email address.
