You can test here, whether your system supports license key transfer or software download.Please consider that a license key can only be transferred with the TIA Administrator or Automation License Manager (ALM). Please run your TIA Administrator and select "Software download" to start OSD. Alternatively run ALM and select "Online Software Delivery" to start OSD.
The current version for both applications is available for download here.
