Hello PISCEAN 2010 y Riddersholm Already solved the problem of alarm 700032; It was caused because the connector in the door security switch is not well connected; in other words, the key that activates or deactivates the opening or closing of the door. I connect it correctly and you can hear that it sounds and the status relays change backwards, and it allows me to execute in AUTO mode. Now my main problem is that as I restore the backup, the whole PLC works, everything OK, but it does not allow to move any axis and the message is displayed: "Wait: Axis enable missing". and since no axis is moving, I cannot reference the machine, in order to then be able to rotate the turret or move the chuck (It does not allow any of this if it is not referenced first). I already verify and the Drivers (V60) are "S - RUN", I disconnect any of its cables (+ ENA or -ENA) from its terminal block, and it changes state on its display: "S - 4", that is, it changes from "S - RUN" to "S - 4". The control is sending the Enable signal to the 02 Drivers. Could it be missing to activate some parameter to feed in the axes? Will we have to do a sequence to establish the points of the axes? (This machine does have physical switches to limit the strokes and reference / send home; I understand that for this reason it has an incremental encoder). P.S. Before restoring the backrest, the machine moved in JOG mode and it could be referenced (Additionally, the buttons to turn on coolant, open / close Chuck, move tailstock work), then referencing the axes, it already allowed the turret to rotate and the chuck to rotate; After I restored the internal backup, everything else works but when I try to move in JOG it tells me the message: "Wait: Axis enable missing". Probe restoring the backup made to the USB and it is the same (It does not move in JOG and shows message), the only thing that changes the text of the alarms (Example: Backup USB: "700003: User alarm 04 -: -" . Internal Backup: "700003 PLEASE RETURN REF POINT -: -") I have photos of all the MD parameters of the machine at the moment. tell me if you want to see any in particular. I am attaching a PDF file showing the first AXIS MD parameters of all axes and the indicated message. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ AttachmentSiemens.pdf (275 Downloads) |
