Rapid Turn is a double head single slide Turning Centre. This is a highly productive and cost effective turning solution for mass produced chucking jobs with almost no idle time resulting in higher productivity. While machining is going on at one head, operator unloads and clamps the job at other head.
TWO SET UPS are available on one machine with one operator able to manage it. Its a space saving compact design with linear tooling for faster tool change.
