Maybe via jump. conditional jump to the arithmetic operation or unconditional jump over the operation. S5-90U/S5-95U Programmable Controller System Manualregards sancruz |

Hello plcspace, I have a look at a few "old" documentations. If I read it correct you must move the cursor under the output and then you should press "Shift F4". Then you can select the jump then you can write the label name over the output. I hope this is a little bit more helpful. There aa link to a document in German language: https://www.sps-lehrgang.de/sprungfunktionen-in-kop/ At the follow link you can find some information's about Step5 regards |

Hello CaOd, Yes, i would like "translate" this code from STL to LAD. Could you make some photo "how do it" step by step ? |

Hi plcspace don't have Step5 handy, but attached Step 7 logic example will functionally do in LAD what your S5 STL logic does and you are hopefully able to program it in Step 5. UPDATE: Bad news, Step5 does not allow a conditional call of the "Move" instruction (aka L/T instruction in Step5) so the above Step7 logic can not be directly translated into Step5. All up, simplest way is to stick with STL. |
