Hello....

I am working on new Simatic Field PG M3. I am facing a problem of Windows not shutting down and it has bios version 14.01.02

Even after 10-15 minutes...not shutting down.

Could any help on this.....

Hello,

Perhaps if your PG is "old" version (means with Windows XP) this FAQ could helps What remedies are possible if you cannot shut down your computer in Windows XP mode?

I have checked this.....completely but it is not helping in my way....by any chance do you have Bios veriosn of 14.01.03....

Hello....

The purpose updating bios may it may work out.....i have formatted the Simatic Flield PG for more than 5-10 times no result.....

Yes the link doesn't have download informations......and have contacted technical support for the help.

Hope some results will happen on my Field PG M3

How does happen this situation? Did you install some software? Do you have a Protool software there?

Hello Umencho,

I have Sinumerik _Simatic Software packs (protool) installed in my Simatic Field PG ...I have installed and uniinstalled and check this software too... no success...i have formatted more than 10 times with the recovery no result...thats why thinking of upgrading the bios software and check.

Your
problem is likely due to ACPI, may set the wrong driver CPU. Check it out. (see attach above)

Is there a problem when running without battery?

If this fails, then you need to update the BIOS. If you have a problem with loading the BIOS, can I download the update file to file sharing, such Filesonic
