Safety audits, audit projects and accident analyses

In the context of safety audits we evaluate and document the safe operation of plants and assist operators in gaining approvals and dealing with authorities, for example in the preparation of explosion protection concepts necessary for implementing European legislation (Seveso II Guideline, ATEX 118a).

Working together with you, we carry out random ESHA audits in your plant to check whether your plants and documentation comply with the regulations in force and the latest safety technology. In connection with the preparation of safety reports we evaluate and document the safe operation of your plant and prepare the necessary assessments of the consequences of an incident, e.g. dispersion calculations.

We also assist you in gaining approvals and dealing with authorities as well as in implementing European legislation.

If, despite all measures adopted, a plant disruption or even an incident occurs, we as experts in the field of process safety offer our assistance in analyzing the causes. Besides routine tests we also have numerous special test methods for clarifying complex accidents. Our experience from numerous accident analyses in the past is channeled into finding the cause and then re-evaluating and revising the safety concept.
