Solid-Liquid Separation
The separation of solids from liquids plays an important role in almost every area of chemical, waste water and environmental technology.
In many chemical processes mechanical solid-liquid separation usually follows a crystallization/precipitation step and is itself followed by a drying step. Therefore, choice of the optimum equipment for solid-liquid separation is of great significance for the complete process. Solid-liquid separation is employed for recovering solid products as well as for purifying waste water streams.
A&D AS Solutions Process Industries has mastered the essential steps required for the development of an optimum solid-liquid separation process. In our laboratories the properties of the suspension are characterized and evaluated. A suitable principle of separation will be determined to obtain the product within the desired specifications. Based on the data investigated, the optimum equipment will be chosen and scaled-up to the desired capacity.
A&D AS Solutions Process Industries will gladly assist you in choosing the optimum equipment for solid-liquid separation in your process. We have many years of experience in providing solutions in this field.
