How do we operate?
- Depending on customer requirements, we set up an interdisciplinary
team with a project leader. In this team, experts from different disciplines work together to combine their know-how and experience.
- Theory and experiment are combined intelligently to achieve the goals set by our customer.
- Based on our customer’s product or process idea, we develop the optimum process – “made-to-order”. First, we determine the feasibility of the project in a “proof-of-principle” study and submit a ballpark cost-estimate. Then in the actual development phase, we focus on the best and most economic process variant and optimize it on a pilot-plant scale. As a result of this work, we supply a process design package for basic engineering and an estimate of capital spending for the new plant and manufacturing costs for the new product. We can also manufacture product samples for market evaluation on the pilot plant. In addition, we can provide project engineering services right through to the plant commissioning stage and beyond.
