• CPU 314C:
  4 channels for counter function and measuring frequency with one 24-volt incremental encoder, max. 60 kHz

Integrated Positioning functions

• CPU 314C:
  Positioning algorithm for controlled positioning in accordance with the rapid traverse/creep speed principle using one 24-volt Incremental encoder

• CPU 313C/ CPU 314C:
