To ensure that our products satisfy all customer requirements, the SIRIUS contactors are now certified for the SEMI F47 standard (Sirius 3 RT 102/4 7/126 Contactor). Siemens thereby certifies that the tested devices met or even exceeded all voltage sag immunity requirements of SEMI F47-0200 when tested according to the procedures set forth in SEMI F42-0600 without limitation.
