| | Solving small automation tasks cost effectively with ready-to-run combinations | |  Siemens Automation and Drives (A&D) has developed three new Micro Automation Sets for small automation tasks. The tested combinations from A&D's automation range are user-friendly and easy to handle. In addition, there is practice-oriented help with, for example, detailed micro application examples on the Internet for each Set. One of the new Sets combines PC standard applications with PLC (programmable controller) technology, another has been specially designed for remote control and maintenance, and the third is especially suitable for simple drive tasks.
