SITOP in special design, for special use
Under very rugged conditions
The 8 A power supply with degree of protection IP67 is suitable for distributed use in three-phase systems. The states "24 V DC o.k." and "Overtemperature" are output via one signaling contact each. The rugged power supply can be used at temperatures from -25 to +55°C and is available in two versions: The SIMATIC ET200pro PS is used as electronics / encoder and load voltage supply of the distributed I/O device and comes with a second plug-in connector for looping through the input voltage. The version SITOP PSU300P is identical in construction, but it is supplied without the second plug-in connector. It is designed for further applications outside of the control cabinet.
The 24 V DC/ 2 A and 5 A outdoor models in SIMATIC S7-300 design can even handle temperature of -25° to + 70°C as well as increased vibration and shock.
Compact Power Module for the SIMATIC S7-1200
The PM1207 power supply in SIMATIC S7-1200 design is only 70mm wide and requires little space in conjunction with the micro PLC. The automatic area switchover function of the DIN rail-mounted power supply unit 24 V DC/ 2.5 A ensures problem-free connection to 1-phase networks 120/230 V AC in industrial and residential areas.
DC/DC Converter
The DC/DC converters from SITOP supply 24 V output voltage at rated output currents from 0.375 to 10A. The industry-standard DIN rail-mounted devices are connected, for example, to battery-buffered power supply networks for safety-relevant applications.

The smallest SITOP
The mini power pack 24 V DC/ 0.5 A is just 22.5 mm in width, these minis are ideal for powering 24 V low-voltage switching devices. You can use inexpensive time and monitoring relays instead of expensive special voltage models. The extremely light-weight, DIN rail devices are also suitable for universal use even under the most rugged of industrial environments. The generous input voltage and temperature range makes this possible.

Here space is at a premium
The very compact 5 A and 10 A units in flat design whose salient features are an extremely flat profile and rugged design,
are the ideal solution in situations where space restrictions call for minimum mounting depths.
In machine supporting frames, for instance, or mounted direct on hinged bays or U sections.
Although their external design are matched specially to the SIMATIC ET200B distributed I/O system.
And the 24 V DC/ 3.5 A unit is ideally matched to the SIMATIC S7-200 line.

For high network voltages
The 2-phase, primary, switching power supply 24 V DC/ 20 A is perfect for industrial networks with high alternating
current voltages. The special wide-range input permits connection to 3-phase networks with nominal voltages between 500 and 600 V.

Utilize inertia during power failures
The SITOP 24 V DC/ 12 and 20 A with 600 V DC input units were developed especially for inverter drives. They use
the inertial energy of the rotating flywheel of machine tools, textile or paper-making
machines, to maintain 24 V control power during machine shutdown, even after power
failures.
