SINAMICS: No. 1 for drive tasks

On the other hand, customers from all sectors of industry demand solutions that are perfectly tailored to their requirements and that are easy to use.

In this context, PROFINET is also being implemented more and more in automation and drive systems. The PROFINET-ready products in the SINAMICS range also move within these circles.

PROFINET in SINAMICS G120 - The modular and reliable converter
The SINAMICS G120 frequency converter for the output range of 0.37 to 132 kW is of a modular design and is equipped with a whole series of innovative functions (safety functions, regeneration capability, cooling concept).
PROFINET in SINAMICS G120D - Distributed frequency converter
The SINAMICS G120D frequency converter for the output range from 0.75 kW - 7.5 kW. It impresses customers with its extremely slimline construction, the same drilling pattern for all output variants, safety functions and regeneration capability.
PROFINET in SINAMICS S120 single-axis device
For SINAMICS S120 AC drives, a special Control Unit has been developed with an integrated PROFINET interface, the CU310 PN.
PROFINET in SINAMICS S120 multi-axis drive group
Multi-axis drive groups require connection to PROFINET through the Communication Board CBE20 that is inserted in the Control Unit CU320 as an option.
SIMATIC ET 200S FC and SIMATIC ET 200pro FC
The frequency converter ET 200S FC facilitates finely-controlled, variable-speed drives also as a Safe variant. Within the modular I/O system ET 200pro, the ET 200pro FC frequency converter facilitates finely-controlled, variable-speed drives to a high degree of protection, also as a Safe variant.
