Spinning plant

BCF spinning plants are used to produce Bulked Continuous Filament (curled yarn) in a continuous spinning, drawing, 3D curling process for fine and heavy carpet and polyester yarns.
The yarns are manufactured in pure white or dope-dyed, single- or multi-colored, for 2, 3 or 4 threads per position, at up to 5,000 rpm in a vertical production arrangement.
