Filament winder

In synthetic fiber spinning plants, winders complete the spinning process. At high speed the extremely fine threads from the spinning nozzle are wound on up to 12 spools. Spool changes are made without interrupting the spinning process.
Take-off speed is up to 8,000 m/min, depending on the material.
Different winding modes are employed:
Random winding, precision winding and stepped precision winding
