Faults can be analyzed without direct access and without considering the machine status, i.e. without affecting the manufacturing process. The required machine data evaluation is performed via the browser interface on the ePS servers.
If a fault occurs or defined operational messages are displayed, service employees can be notified via e-mail or SMS. Users only require an Internet connection and a standard browser to analyze data on servers.
