Updates for CA 01 10/2007 English International Edition

Information to catalog updates:
The update functionality is integrated in CA 01. This makes it possible to automatically download updates, recognized by the interactive CA 01 catalog. After the catalog was restarted, the updates will be installed automatically.

Use the menu item Search for updates on the Internet in the menu Internet to search immediately for the current update. A precondition will be that an Internet connection is active at the moment the search is carried out.

The option Search for updates in the menu Tools/Options/Internet must be activated and set to search automatically for updates in defined time intervals.

In our News Center you will find current information to CA 01 - the Offline Mall of Automation and Drives.

Please use the manual installation of the updates only if the automatical update does not work.

In the following you find the actual Updates (.ZIP-files, left row) and corresponding informations (.RTF-files, right row) for your CA 01 10/2007 English International Edition.

Caution:
The German Listpriceupdate is only accessable if the CA 01 was installed with the region switched to Germany!

Please copy the ZIP-file(s) directly after the download to the Update-folder of your installed CA 01 (local standard installation folder: C:\Program Files\Siemens\CA01_EN_INT\Catalog\Update). The Update will be automatically installed after a restart of CA 01.

In case of a network installation (CA 01 was installed from a network) please copy the downloaded ZIP-archive not to the local update folder- but to the update folder on your server. All CA 01-Clients installed from this network installation will be updated after a restart.

Attention:
The Zip-files may not be unpacked!
Only the current CA 01 version 10/2007 English International Edition can be used for an Update. Older versions of the catalog and regional editions of CA 01 can not be updated!
