WinCC/Comprehensive Support
With Comprehensive Support, WinCC offers an SUS (Software Update Service) as
a comprehensive support package.
The overall package includes the latest updates/upgrades for WinCC incl.
options.
The WinCC user receives a contract and update products are sent
automatically for a period of 12 months. The contract is automatically
extended by a further year unless canceled up to 12 weeks prior to expiry.
WinCC Comprehensive Support has to be purchased for each WinCC System
(single-user system, server, client). Condition precedent is that you own a
current software version. In order to ensure that users of
multiple systems can gain access to WinCC Comprehensive Support at a
competitive price, in addition to the package with
one license, a discounted package with 3 and 10 licenses is available.
