"A dead heat"- Migration projects at Zimmermann Malthouse
	It's hard to find out which process is the faster, turning barley into malt or a ProTool project into a WinCC flexible project. Zimmermann Malz  a malthouse in the south of Germany has gained good experience with both. Malting has a long tradition at Zimmermann, as the malthouse supplies around 100 breweries in Southern Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Italy. Visualization with WinCC flexible is virgin soil, but electrical technician Otmar Keller, who is responsible for automation in the company, is already quite familiar wih the Engineering Software.
	Having migrated from ProTool to WinCC flexible without any problems and thus meeting the EU regulations for traceability he is looking forward to utilizing the full potential of the visualization system.   Download of case study approx. 0.35 MB, published in ideas 2/2006
