The Author's Version of the SIMIT-SCE Trainer Package Professional is intended for well-versed users who would like to create their own mathematical simulation models. In addition to the full function scope of the Trainer Package version of SIMIT SCE, the Professional version contains the SIMIT SCE component type editor, which makes it possible for well-versed users to expand basic libraries themselves. The creation of individual basic components requires the right tool. All properties are freely configurable, including interfaces, parameters, state variables, graphical symbols, operator input windows and, of course, the physical model characteristics. It goes without saying that these new library elements can be exported – even protected – and read into other SIMIT versions. This forms the basis for bigger plant installations, such as those conceived in university environments.
