WinCC flexible/ProTool

AS-Interface provides extensive diagnostics data that the SIMATIC STEP7 system can immediately read-out with a low amount of associated resources. This data can be linked into the STEP7 program to respond to plant or system states and/or can be output on an Operator Panel for fast troubleshooting.
A fully functional package is available for this purpose with function blocks for S7-300/400 and pre-defined screens for the OP270/TP270 and OP270/TP270 and OP177 color/TP177 icolor graphic displays in the 6" and 10" versions. The screens can be appropriately scaled through WinCC flexible for other screen sizes. The graphics include diagnostics data from AS-i master and slaves and also display the AS-i safety monitor state. It goes without saying that the screens are also available for the ProTool configuring tool.
