3SF2 Cable-operated Switches
 Cable-operated
switches are used, for instance, to monitor plant and equipment sections that
are especially hazardous. The cable-operated switches for AS-Interface with
degree of protection IP65 can be used up to Category 4 according to EN 954-1
and SIL3 according to IEC 61508.
The range of cable-operated switches is only limited by the length of the cable
itself. This means that also large plants and systems can be secured.
Device versions are available with separate actuators
or with tumblers and with plastic-clad or metal enclosures. |
