Safety Evaluation Tool for Calculating Machine Safety
The free Safety Evaluation Tool for the standards IEC 62061
and ISO 13849-1 helps you to assess the safety functions of your machine quickly
and reliably. The online tool has been tested by the German Technical Inspectorate
(TÜV) and provides a range of safety functions. Certified Siemens safety
components can be selected from a database or entered manually. The tool calculates
the Safety Integrity Level (SIL) or Performance Level (PL) achieved. The result
is a standard-compliant report for machine documentation. |
