High output over the entire power range
With the proven standard industrial products from Siemens you can even implement large subsystems up to a peak performance of 1.6 MVA (master/slave combination). By optimizing to keep power losses as low as possible, the devices based on IGBT technology give you a very high efficiency - up to 97%.
Master/slave operation has the advantage that the inverter units are always run close to their optimal efficiency. For instance, when there is not much sunlight, excess inverters are automatically switched off so that the work load can be distributed more efficiently over the remaining inverters to produce the maximum possible amount of current for the power network.
High degree of safety and reliability
The modular structure of the feeder units meets the need for standardized systems. The heart of the system is a fully tested UPS serial device with the reliability typical of a UPS.
Another industrial standard is the integrated SIMATIC S7 market leader for programmable logic controllers. The S7 guarantees maximum flexibility of operation and highest reliability with standardized interfaces. Whether switching procedures, measured value acquisition, monitoring or protective functions, or many other processes - all states are detected and processed automatically and dependably. The integrated DC and three-phase current distribution saves additional switching cabinets and also makes connection fast and safe.
Excellent grid quality
Grid-compatibility is also part of power feeding. SINVERT is the clear winner here. Competition cannot come close to the advantages it provides. The active harmonic filter offsets existing voltage distortions by making network voltage into the pure sine form. Reactive power can also be provided to retain voltage in the network. This ensures almost totally interference-free operation even within weak power grids. The standard model also includes the dynamic phase offset for symmetrically loaded phases. In addition, a reactive power control option is available.
Low investment costs
Despite the extensive functions and high level of technical development, the investment is relatively low since mass-produced industrial products are used.
Easy to mount
SINVERT units are compact, modular devices. They are easy to access and are delivered ready for connection. Otherwise high cabling costs are significantly reduced with the comparatively high DC and AC voltage level.

Clear visualization
The most important system information and measured data are available on site on the well-organized operator panel. In addition, the PowerProtect solar software package (on CD-ROM) is included with the SINVERT for local or remote monitoring.
Long life - fast service
Due to the typical load in PV systems, SINVERT achieves a high MTBF time of up to 80,000 hours. The total useful life of the devices is approximately 20 years (if a service contract is signed). Thanks to standard industrial components, replacement parts are available over the entire operational life from our worldwide customer service network. Service contracts are available for SINVERT which can be customized to your requirements for the PV system.

Qualifications
SINVERT units are certified serial products. Naturally they fulfill all important national and international safety standards. Due to their EMC-compatible layout, they can even be operated in interference-prone areas.
