One example is the fully automated cockpit installation for the Golf 5 in minute cycles. Because of the requirements, the development of a separate robot with conventional 8-axes controller was necessary. The completed system has an automated adhesive application for the bulkhead plate and bolting the cockpit .

Another example is the assembly of doors in the body in white finish. The door is fitted to the gap in the body in 3D and put perfectly into place.

We deliver partially automated equipment such as e.g. the door hinge and fender installation equipment, which is implemented in all body installations for the new VW Golf in Europe.
