Space for customer ideas: Virtual planning
Rapid prototyping: Without any previous models, using this new technology molds and cores are created directly from the 3D mechanical design data - and more precisely, computer controlled. The first prototype is quickly created and the customer saves time.
Component development: Together with our customers, we develop components ready for series production - or optimize existing parts and components.
Solidification simulation and analysis of fault sources: This simulation permits advance forecasts to be made regarding the behavior in relation to mold filling, cooling and solidification of the melts as well as intrinsic stresses.
