Cooperation is based on a jointly concluded contract.

Our services package offers you:

• Product certification, to offer your customers the highest level of reliability.

• Technical support through:
  Use of the SINUMERIK OA hotline
  Using the direct contact to the Machine Tools SINUMERIK Solution Partner Manager
  Using the AVC Card for the priority hotline

• Advertising support through:
  Publication in the Siemens catalog
  Publication in the Siemens Intranet and Internet
  Inclusion of the product in the »Application database«
  Use of the SINUMERIK Solution Partner logo

• Logistics support through:
  Acceptance of your certified product and your Service Hotline data in the Siemens IA&DT Case Tracking Tool of Customer Support.

• In the case of certified products, no OEM runtime license fees have to be paid during the applicable period of the contract for the SINUMERIK 840D powerline control.

The decision if a partner can join the program lies with Siemens. Apart from the general qualification criteria, it will also be a decisive aspect if partners are already available for the respective area of competence and if accepting further partners with the same or similar portfolios may not be recommendable due to content aspects and for reasons of limited support capacity.
