In the case of certified products, no OEM runtime license fees have to be paid during the applicable period of the contract for the SINUMERIK 840D powerline control.
The decision if a partner can join the program lies with Siemens. Apart from the general qualification criteria, it will also be a decisive aspect if partners are already available for the respective area of competence and if accepting further partners with the same or similar portfolios may not be recommendable due to content aspects and for reasons of limited support capacity.
