General description

The A-modyn series of electrical machinery is especially suitable for applications in the areas of power generation, water / wastewater and in the steel industry.
A-modyn is the first choice when it comes to drive solutions for pumps and fans – specifically tailored to their typically high moments of inertia and average speeds. As a result of its standardized engineering, it facilitates a straightforward design – therefore ensuring short commissioning times and fast service.
A-modyn is the response to the increasing demand for favorably-priced, designed-for-customer motors without any unneeded features and in the usual well-proven quality.

The cooling principle

A-modyn motors are standard-equipped with an air / water heat exchanger.
The water coolers are upright for single-side ventilation (one inner cooling circuit) and horizontally for X-ventilation (two inner cooling circuits).
