It is possible to make a connection with the Mall. The system can be set to read in files in any format that your ERP system can output.

Before this is possible your file must be configured. A file must comply with the following conditions:

The file has to delivered in one of the following formats:
.xls (MS Excel)
.pfd (Adobe Portable Document Format)
.doc (MS Word)
.csv (Comma seperated Values)
.xml (Extensible Markup Language)
.txt (Tab delimited)

If you have a different format, it still may be possible to map your ERP output, but for this we will have to analyse the file first.

The attachment must be in a consistent format i.e. the fields must be in the same place in the attachment.

All we will need is an example file to start the configuration process.
