Description

PM-QUALITY provides the user with a modular and industry-neutral archiving system for job or batch-related acquisition of process and production data. Depending on the requirements, additional operation/fault messages and laboratory analysis data can be accepted in the batch archives.

Functionality

The archived data can be visualized in the form of curve trends or logs, or used for long-term archiving. All archive data is saved in a relational database and can be read from there using a COM interface. PM-QUALITY provides a high degree of transparency with regard to the relevant production parameters and is thus of decisive importance for quality control and documentation, particularly with regard to FDA validated plants.

The combination with the PM-CONTROL recipe system forms a complete concept for non-continuous production plants of the process and manufacturing industry.
