Mobile  Panel for HMI tasks of medium complexity; for the use in PROFIBUS DP networks or in PROFINET environments.The Mobile Panel 277 8 inch offers a TFT Touch display with 64 K colors as well as convincing performance and ease of use.

Area of application

Mobile HM device for operating distributed or complex machines and plants especially for commissioning tasks. With the optional wall bracket, the mobile panel can be securely stored or used as a stationary terminal. The application range can be expanded via the WinCC flexible options Smart Access, Smart Service and Audit.

Design and functions

The Mobile Panel 277 8 inch features a high-contrast 7.5" TFT display. The user memory of 6 MB provides sufficient space even for more complex projects and can be expanded further via MultiMedia card, e.g., for recipes and archive data
The Mobile Panel 277 8 inch is offered in three device variants that differ in the number of control elements:
While device variant 1 is operated by a touch screen, 18 function keys and an enabling button, device variant 2 offers  an additional STOP-button (EN 60204-1) 2 channel, forced blocking that can be wired into emergency stop circuit. Device variant 3 offers the stop-button, a keyswitch with 3 switch settings, 2 illuminated push-buttons and a handwheel.
All device variants can be operated in PROFINET as well as PROFIBUS networks, depending on the cables and connection boxes used.
