Nonwoven layering apparatus
In a nonwoven layering apparatus, the fibrous web material is guided between the feeding and the cover band to the traversing upper carriage and then to the layering carriage. The motions of both carriages are not directly interrelated. These are determined by process-related parameters, such as the drawing of the fibrous web. The material is placed in a zigzag pattern on a take-off table that is located at 90 degrees to the machine axis. In this process, the speed ratio of the feed and take-off tables determines the number of layers via the cross-section and thus the material thickness.
In addition to the general advantages our solutions for layering apparatus offer you:
- Precise and fast motion control
- Correctly executed speed profilings
- Easy setting of new technological motion profiles
