Warp knitting machine / stitch-bonding machine

The increasing demand for knitware has amazingly accelerated the development of the warp knitting machine industry. With mechatronic warp knitting machines like the bi-axial machine, the technological flexibility heavily depends on the performance of the control and drive technology used.

On warp knitting machines / stitch-bonding machines with filling controller, a filling carriage transports a selectable number of fillings synchronously with the machine from one machine side to the other. Two rakes pick up the threads from the filling carriage and place them into the warps that run synchronous with the machine.
