The conveyor belt positions the bottles via a servo drive. The filling bridge travels synchronously with the conveyor belt during the whole filling process. Proportioning is performed using the so-called time-pressure technique, i.e. the liquid is kept at a constant pressure, while the filling valve is opened for a constant time. It is thus possible to fill an exactly defined amount. The liquid is pumped into the filling pipes via piston pumps.
