Cleaning machine

Regarding reusable bottles, the task of the cleaning machine is to provide absolutely clean, sterile and residue-free bottles for the filling process. In most cases, the cleaning machine is the biggest machine within the filling system, not least due to the highly demanding cleaning process. In principle, we distinguish cleaning machines of two different designs: one-end and double-end machines.

• Heat distribution and recycling into the machine
• Bottle transport by the machine
• Bottle input and output
• Spray-cleaning of bottles
• Removal of labels and broken pieces of glass
• Cleaning by suction removal
• Disinfection of the upper machine area.
