Conveyor system

The electrical equipment for a conveyor system is based on standard products, such as variable-speed asynchronous drives for the coiler, the washing machine and the straightening machine. The roller feed is equipped with servo motors and the fast-response SINAMICS S120 converter system. It is described in more detail in the "roller feed" segment.

The machine controller consists of an integrated automation and motion control solution with SIMATIC and SIMOTION. Client server structures with SIMATIC WinCC flexible are used for the machine operation.
