Power module and closed-loop plug-in unit, a powerful team
The right power module for the drive axis contains closed-loop plug-in unit with the corresponding technology. The "hand" of the closed-loop plug-in unit also contains the right "card" for your application.
- For feed-drive axes in permanently energized synchronous motor technology
- rotating 1FT; 1FK motors
- 1FN linear motors
- For feed-drive axes with hydraulic linear drives
- For main spindle drive axes in 1PH asynchronous or in permanently energized 1FE1 synchronous motor technology
The drive controls are characterized by:
- High level control quality
- High contour precision
- Smallest adjusting increments
- High dynamic closed-loop control properties result in excellent workpiece surfaces
- Extensive range of constant performance from 1:4 to 1:16 as well as high breakdown torque with main-spindle drives
- The "starting lockout"; in the machine operating mode "safe stop", the control power supply of the power transistors can be interrupted via the relay contacts in addition to the electronic cancelling of the drive input pulses.
