ShopMill is a shop floor-oriented operator software for milling machines. It provides skilled workers with an easy start into CNC technology and can be operated without any great programming effort and without any extensive CNC skills
There are three different programming methods available:
G-Code programs of CAD/CAM systems, G-Code programs directly on the machine, and ShopMill operational step programming.

The usual view the skilled operator has of the working sequence (setting up, programming and milling) is reproduced and optimally supported by the user-oriented presentation of working tasks as well as by graphic help diagrams.

• Flexible programming through graphic-interactive (without DIN/ISO skills) or textual programming inputting with practice-oriented ShopMill cycles also for use in tool and mould-making departments.
• User-friendly operation through practice-oriented setting up and measuring functions, straightforward tools administration, and 3-D simulation
• Productivity through supporting PC software for production planning without machine loading.
