At JIMTOF 2008, the YASKAWA Siemens Numerical Controls Corporation and Siemens will be exhibiting their systems, solutions and services for machine tool market, as a partner of international standing.

Japanese machine manufacturers may find interesting new business opportunities at the booth - and may have a closer look at the solutions for automotive and aerospace industry. Thanks to its 5-axis machining capabilities and open control architecture, the SINUMERIK 840D sl platform has become a standard for these industries. But next to the performance flagship 840D sl, also the Yaskawa Siemens 840DI, the 830DI and the SINUMERIK 802D sl are shown.

The booth will also be exhibiting software from Siemens PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Software Inc., with a focus on Product Data Management (PDM), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM).

Moreover SINUMERIK Manufacturing Excellence, the new value-added service package for machine tools manufacturers and operators will be presented on the booth. As a leading technology provider, Siemens aims to offer value-enhancing services around the whole machine lifecycle to machine tool manufacturers and operators - all over the world.
