SIMOCODE pro – Motor management and control devices for process technology
SIMOCODE pro is the flexible and modular motor management system for motors with constant speeds in the low-voltage range.
It can be easily and directly connected to the superior automation system via PROFIBUS DP and covers all requirements between
the motor feeder and the automation system.
SIMOCODE pro combines all required protection, monitoring and control functions for any and all motor feeders in a
single compact system: Protective functions such as overload protection, thermistor motor protection, blocking protection,
earth-fault monitoring as well as temperature and voltage monitoring prevent motor damage while, at the same time, enhancing
the system availability. Comprehensive operating, service and diagnostics data such as the motor switching state, operating
hours, contactor switching cycles, number of tripping events as well as detailed early warning messages or fault messages
facilitate the prevention of downtimes thanks to preventive maintenance measures.
