Diagnostics for electric drives
The drive systems and frequency converters of the SINAMICS and MICROMASTER families are linked with the
downstream motors in the SIMATIC Maintenance Station.
The linking of the drive systems in the Maintenance Station is done using the drive engineering system
 Drive ES SIMATIC,
an add-on package for SIMATIC S7. Siemens drives can therefore also be controlled using SIMATIC S7
controllers with standard function blocks and using faceplates for HMI and diagnostics.
