Battery drive

In a battery drive the energy is provided from a battery only. Modern high energy batteries provide also high power densities. Especially during braking a big portion of the vehicle’s kinetic energy can be recuperated into the batteries. Together with the innovative ELFA drive- and inverter technology and an efficient auxiliary concept, the daily mileage requirements can be reached without recharging the battery during the day. A battery drive is emission free and is also very comfortable due to the extremely low noise operation.
