Product selectors and selection aids integrated into the Catalog facilitate the search for the appropriate articles for the desired automation task. Orders can be archived and managed using the integrated order management feature. The ordering process for selected articles could scarcely be easier - just a few mouse clicks are enough, and the customer can process the selected articles via fax, e-mail or direct upload into the A&D MALL. A broad range of import and export functions enables the customer to use orders in other programs, e.g. a merchandise information system. The DATANORM format, which is widespread, in particular, in the electrical engineering, is also part and parcel of the catalogs. Various setting options for customer-specific net prices and discounts make our catalogs vital, tailor-made and flexible tools.

In addition to a local standard installation, the installation program of the catalogs also offers the possibility of a central server installation. It is thus possible to provide any number of networked workstations with a current Catalog version. When the Catalog is started, an integrated version check feature will always find the latest version existing on the local network and will then automatically update the client. The network administrator need only update the Catalog version on the server; everything else will follow automatically. This guarantees that you are always working with the latest version of the Catalog and thus with the latest prices and products.
