The DCC Translation Editor variant for WinCC flexible is now available in a new version 2.3 which shows variables as an image with exact text length. The translator can adapt his text length to the original one. Thus in all runtime languages the texts fit perfectly into picture
 

Safety for configuring engineers
The structure and formats of the export files are unchanged while being edited. The header, lines, variables and source language are protected from being deleted. Con-figuring engineers can easily import the translated text in their WinCC projects.

Increased efficiency and convenience for translators
DCC TranslationEditor clearly displays the source language of the configuration next to the desired target language in table form. The system displays text formats like bold, italic, underscored or flashing. The tabular display and convenient functions like find/replace, undo/redo allow you to keep even comprehensive configurations under control.

Can be used on a global basis
The translation tool has been internationalized on a consistent basis. It runs on all Microsoft operating systems, in all languages. The highlight of DCC TranslationEditor is automatic export and writing of csv and xls export files at the push of a button. This means that you no longer have to carry out conversion or reconfigure computer settings that are both highly error-prone and take a large amount of time and effort. It is possible to switch the user interface online between German, English and Chinese. With the help of the integrated DCC InputEditor, you can also easily edit Asian projects in Chinese, Japanese or Korean.
