With the Software Update Service (SUS), you automatically receive all approved releases of your SIMATIC industrial software - delivered right to your door (i.e., all upgrades and service packs). You are sure that your software is always at the latest state of development. 

Order once and automatically save money
The annual cover charge is much less expensive than a single (!) upgrade,and costs are easier to forecast.You're automatically getting one bargain after the other! 

• The Software Update Service is ordered just like any other product
• One SUS is required for each installed software license
• The SUS is valid for 12 months following order and is extended automatically by one year in each case. It can be cancelled 3 months before expiry.
• You must own the current version of the software

WinCC/Comprehensive Support

With Comprehensive Support, WinCC offers an SUS (Software Update Service) as a comprehensive support package.
The overall package includes the latest updates/upgrades for WinCC incl. options.
The WinCC user receives a contract and update products are sent automatically for a period of 12 months. The contract is automatically extended by a further year unless canceled up to 12 weeks prior to expiry.
WinCC Comprehensive Support has to be purchased for each WinCC System (single-user system, server, client). Condition precedent is that you own a current software version. In order to ensure that users of multiple systems can gain access to WinCC Comprehensive Support at a competitive price, in addition to the package with one license, a discounted package with 3 and 10 licenses is available.
