SIMATIC Basic Panels -
Budget-priced specialists for simple automation tasks

There are definitely HMI tasks that can be carried out without needing the whole functionality of SIMATIC Panels, although the operating convenience and quality of SIMATIC is much in demand.
In addition  a larger display  may be useful for simple applications as well.
In order to meet these requirements SiMATIC now offers its Basic Panel at a favorable price.
The Basic Line comprises devices with display sizes from 4 to 10 inches all equipped with function keys and touch display and a 15" Touch Panel.
The first Basic Panels to be available will be the 10 inch devices KTP 1000 Basic DP and KTP 1000 Basic PN, as  well as the TP 1500 Basic PN .

3.8" STN monochrome touch display, 4 function keys, Ethernet interface

KTP 600 Basic mono PN
5.7" STN monochrome touch display, 6 function keys, Ethernet interface

KTP 600 Basic color DP
5.7" TFT color touch display, 6 function keys, PROFIBUS -DP / MPI- interface

KTP 600 Basic color PN
5.7" TFT color touch display, 6 function keys, Ethernet interface

All Basic Panels can be configured with WinCC flexible 2008 Compact or higher.

The SIMATIC HMI Basic Line is mounting-compatible with the existing touchscreen devices of the SIMATIC Panel and Multi Panel product families.
