15 Inch Multi Panel enables three-dimensional Visualization

The Walter Klein GmbH & Co. KG of Wuppertal
was awarded the contract of supplying 5000 B-pillar covers
per week for the luxury class model of a South-German
automobile manufacturer. WKW is responsible for the entire
process - from the extrusion molding of the raw aluminum
profiles, their mechanical processing and surface
finishing up to the ready-to-assemble, just-in-time
delivery. The core pieces of the process are represented
by two identically constructed profile bending lines.

For the visualization of the systems, WKW also joined the luxury class. One MP
370 with 15" touchscreen display each provides the transparency for the
control and monitoring functions.
