Working with Siemens, the Volkswagen Group has developed
a comprehensive standard for HMI solutions in the body shop
based on Simatic. The decentralized concept demonstrates its
strengths particularly well where plants require operation from
several stations.
The solution is based on the Operator Station concept from
SIMATIC HMI. SIMATIC HMI operator stations are brought to
market as customized products,
