 i've tried update and  had the same problem an error message is displayed (Error = 0013:000009).

I think Update 3 is necessary to use this HSP. You'll find the Update 3 here.

I' ve installed the original file on V11 SP2 Upd3 and got also the error. Then I renamed the file and everything was ok.

By now the name of the download is corrected on the Siemens site! grin
